Protective Estate Maximizer II will feature non-tobacco and tobacco underwriting classes providing increased death benefits to non-smokers. All other features and benefits of the Protective Series Estate Maximizer will remain, including our terminal/chronic illness benefits (available in all states except California). 

 

Transition Rules: 

 

Upon approval and launch on or after August 26, 2024, Protective Estate Maximizer II will replace the Protective Series Estate Maximizer product at your firm.  

 

Order Entry (EZ-App^SM): 

• Applications submitted 8/25/2024 or prior will receive the old product and use the old application. 
• Applications submitted 8/26/2024 or after will receive the new product and use the new application.
