Protective Indexed Choice UL rate changes (all states)

The following rate changes are available with Protective Indexed Choice UL illustrations as of February 3, and will be effective on the following dates:

• The maximum illustrated rate has decreased from 5.79% to 5.55% and will be effective on March 15, 2025.
• The loan charge rate has decreased from 5.29% to 5.05% effective March 15, 2025, for new loans and effective on the next policy anniversary on or after March 15, 2025, for existing loans.
• The cap rate has decreased from 9.00% to 8.50% and is in effect as of the next segment start date on or after March 15, 2025.
• There are no changes to the fixed account interest rate which will remain at 3.50%.

In-force UL policy interest crediting rate changes

The interest crediting rate for select acquired Liberty Mutual universal life policies is changing, and will be reflected:

• On new business illustrations beginning February 3, 2025.
• On in-force illustrations beginning February 3, 2025.
• In annual statements produced on or after March 15, 2025.
